Having been fortunate enough to support one of our favourite brands, Pukka Herbs, with their annual sustainability report since 2017, we recently helped them with an in-depth stakeholder listening project to gather feedback on their ambitious sustainability strategy.
Through consumer surveys and targeted interviews with people across the business and supply chain, we helped Pukka understand what their community thought of their sustainability work. We captured our findings in a project report with a clear set of recommendations, then facilitated an internal workshop to agree how to respond to the insights and decide concrete next steps.
“Jessica and Ellie are a great team. Collaborative working comes naturally to them, and their fun and can-do approach makes them great to work with. What’s more, their eye for detail and in-depth industry expertise keeps us on track. The work they’ve done has been invaluable in moving our strategy forward and communicating it well.”
Vicky Murray - Sustainability Manager, Pukka Herbs
This much-loved pet food brand asked for support to authentically embed sustainability at the core of their fast-growing business. We led a full stakeholder engagement study and a strategy sprint to co-create their first holistic sustainability strategy –the Zero Pawprint Plan. This ambitious roadmap has provided an essential tool to underpin their sustainability work as they set out to disrupt their industry.
We love our ongoing partnership with Edgard & Cooper because they’re so committed to doing what’s right, not just what’s easy. With the Zero Pawprint Plan, they’re well on their way to becoming a truly sustainable brand, addressing their carbon impact, embedding sustainability at the core of their NPD process and engaging with their supply chains – all whilst bringing their committed and enthusiastic team along on the journey. Expect to see great things from this company very soon!
“You bring excellent knowledge and experience to the table and we love how you share your know-how and support us to become better at what we do. Your ability to quickly adapt and shift to the audience and engage different crowds is often crucial for a project to succeed.”
Barbara de Brouwer - Positive Pawprint Manager, Edgard & Cooper
Finisterre is a certified B Corp whose purpose is to inspire a love of the sea – and since 2003 they’ve been doing that through their top-quality, sustainable outdoor apparel. We helped them to identify their 2030 sustainability goals, prioritise their messaging and communicate their achievements in their first ever impact report.
Just one look at Finisterre’s social channels shows that their customers really care about sustainability and want to know more about how their clothes are made. The impact report we helped them to create has been enthusiastically received by their community and applauded for its deeper dive on their commitments to People, Environment, Product – and will prove a vital engagement tool as they work towards their goal of becoming a ‘positive impact business’ by 2030.
“...Great to work with, you really helped to bring to life our existing sustainability achievements, create a focused and measurable roadmap to reduce our impact and support and guide the team to create our first impact report – all while encouraging us to maintain a bold stance. Massive thanks to you for making sense of our world for us! It was fun and we’re really proud of the results.”
Debbie Luffman – Product Director, Finisterre
This pioneering peer-to-peer fashion resale platform wanted to listen closely to diverse stakeholders when revising their impact goals. With their ambition to make fashion more circular and inclusive, we were excited to get involved. Our team led an extensive research and stakeholder engagement project which provided valuable insights to help shape their refreshed goals.
We spoke to people across the business, as well as Depop users and industry experts, to help Depop understand evolving priorities in the fashion resale space. After researching industry best practice in the resale space, we brought together insights with clear recommendations which helped the team revise their impact approach and set clear goals.
“We loved working with Twelve and were really pleased with the quality of their work. They felt like an extension of our team from day one, and were flexible and adaptable throughout. The findings they presented really helped us to push forward multiple workstreams and shape our new impact goals.”
Justine Porterie - Director of Sustainability and DEI, Depop
